First Time Home Buyers

What you must know in today’s market, especially if you're a first time buyer!

1. Federal Tax Credit: New homes settled on before 12/01/09 will qualify for an $8,000 tax credit. You must be a first time homebuyer (or have not had a primary home mortgage in the last 3 years) and have an income limit of $75,000 (single) or combined income of $ 150,000 (couple/family) in order to qualify. This is a direct deduction from the federal government on your 2009 Tax return, not a loan.
2. Financing: There IS mortgage money available. We are in close communication with our preferred lenders and have been for decades. We can easily walk you through the process of acquiring the financing you need to make your new home dream come true.
